[Abstract]Bone tissueremodeling during bone injuryrecovery isa well-regulated dynamic process，ofwhich the prominentroleofimmune balanceonbonehomeostasis is increasinglyunderstood.Among thevarious immunecels，-helper17cells（Th17）andregulatoryTcells （Treg）haveatractedconsiderableattentionbecauseoftheircontradictive roles ininflammatoryresponseandbonehomeostasis.TheimbalanceoftheTh17/Tregcellbalanceis closelyassociatedwith va-rious bone metabolismdisorders，andregulatingthis balance mayprovidenovelstrategies forboneinjuryrepair.Thus， this review focusesonthebalancebetween Th17andTreg inboneremodeling and their impactsonoraland maxillofacial damage recovery.

炎癥性骨吸收、機(jī)械損傷、腫瘤、生理性萎縮均會(huì)引起口腔頜面部骨損傷，這些局部病變與全身健康狀態(tài)緊密相關(guān)，若未能及時(shí)予以糾正，會(huì)對(duì)全身健康產(chǎn)生進(jìn)一步的不良影響[3]，因此，口腔頜面部的骨損傷修復(fù)一直是研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。（剩余30211字）
