[Abstract] With the extensive penetration of information technology in the field of education,technology empowered teaching hasbecome the norm. Underthe backgroundof the informationage,the digital reform trendof traditional sports and health courses is becoming increasinglyobvious,and theapplication of blended learning has also become widespreadaccordingly.To further enhance theapplication efectofthe blended teaching mode intraditional sports andhealthcourses,this paperanalyzes the significanceof the integrationofinformation technologyandtraditional sports health courses,emphasizes theapplication valueof the blended teaching modeintheinformationage,and starts from several dimensions such aslearning mode in theinformationage,and designs scientificimplementation strategies for blended learning from five dimensions:teaching objectives,teaching content, teaching methods,teaching staff,and teaching evaluation,in orderto deepen the connection between online teaching and ofline teaching and meet the diversified teaching needs of traditional sports health courses.
