[Abstract] This paper explores the value,practical methods,and application strategiesof specialized physical training for high-level track and feldathletes using literature reviewandlogical analysis methods.In terms of practical ethods, speedtrainingaims tostrengthensprintingapabilities,strengthtrainingaimstoboost explosivepotential,andendurance trainingaims to improve endurance.The studysuggests thatascientific training plans should be developed to cater to individual athlete diferences,utilizing advanced training equipment anddata analysis technologies,strengthening recovery asurance,promoting physical repair,adopting appropriate nutritional supplements and physical therapy methods,andenhancing monitoring and evaluation,anddynamicallyadjustingthe training process andefects,aiming to make the training processand outcomes more targeted and effective,thereby helping high-level track and field athletes achieve outstanding results on the competition stage.
