Abstract: There are few reports on the dynamic properties of hydraulically-driven rodless oil production systemsand the motion law of downhole power cylinders.In this paper,a simulation model of the hydraulicall-driven rodless oil production system was built using AMESim to obtain the operating presure curve of the system and thedisplacement and velocitycurves of the downhole power cylinder piston under diferent viscosities and bulk elastic moduli of the power fluid,and clarifythe motion lawof the downhole power cylinder.The resultsshow that during the operating cycle of the downhole power cylinder,most of the time is used to complete the energy accumulation of the power cylinder and fillthe compressed power fluid volume.To increase the frequency of stroke of the downhole unit,the input flow rate needs to be increased.As the viscosityof the power fluid increases and the bulk elastic modulus decreases,the operating cycle of the downhole power cylinder increases,and the system effciency decreases,so it is recommended to choosea fluid with low viscosityand high elastic modulus as the power fluid of the system.The research conclusions provide a reference for the design of hydraulicall-driven rodless oil production system and a theoretical guidance for field application of the system.
