Abstract:Existing researches on the anchoring behavior of slip of soluble bridge plug mostly focus on integral slipstructure,which has alower expansion limit thansplit slipand cannotadapt to shale gas wells with frequent and serious casing deformation.Based on the force analysis of split slip,mechanical tensile tests were conducted on soluble MgAl alloy materialsand casing materials.A3Dmodelanda finite element model of split slipof soluble bridge plug were built,and the factors affecting the anchoring performance of the bridge plug were optimized using finite element method. The results show that the axial angle of socket is recommended as 15°-20° ,the optimal circumferential angle of socket is 10° ,the optimal depth of socket is 6 mm,the optimal front-distance of socket is 28 mm,and the optimal socket spacing is 15mm . The selection of hoop material should take into account both the limit effect and the plastic deformability,and theuse of 316L stee as hoop material canhave a good limiteffect. The research results provide theoretical support for the structural optimization of soluble bridge plugs.
