TheEffect of Brevibacillus laterosporus AMCC101583 on Strawberry Growth and Field Control of Root-knot Nematode

Abstract:To investigate theeffctof Brevibacills laterosporussAMCC101583onstrawberrys,it wasprepared into a microbial inoculant,and theincidence of strawberry root knot nematode disease,fruit quality,yield,and soil related enzyme activity were measured.The pot experiment showed that the strawberry seedlings treated with B .laterosporuss AMCC101583 had a 49.63% lower incidence of root-knot nematode disease and the root biomassincreasedby2.58 times.Between2022—2O24 the field experiment showed that after twoyearsof continuous application of B . laterosporuss AMCC1O1583 microbial inoculant, compared with the control (CK), the solid content increased by 12.16% ,the total soluble sugar increased by 7.22% ,the organic acid content decreased by 3.1% ,the sugar-acid ratio increased by 1.12,Vitamin C content increased by 11.11% ,total polyphenols content increased by 6.25% ,longitudinal diameter increased by 9.O%,transverse diameter increased by 5.61% ,theyield increased by 7.42% ,theurease activity in the applied soil increased by 27.62% the activity of catalase increased by 15.11% ,the sucrase activity increased by 25.17% ,the acid phosphatase activity increased by 24.27% ,and the disease index of root-knot nematodes was 2.7,with a control effect of (20 44.9% . The results showed that the microbial agent containing B.laterosporus AMCC101583 could effectively prevent the occurrence of root-knot nematode disease in strawberrys,improve the quality andyield of strawberrys,and effectively improve the soil.
