Quality Monitoring of Pears and Soil Environment in Chifeng Area

Abstract: In recentyears,thecultivatedareaandvarietal diversityof pear treeshave been progressively increasing.To further standardize pear orchard management and ensure food safety,asampling survey was conducted every year on common varieties.Pear samples were randomly collected from orchards for testing from 2021 to 2023.Pesticide residues and heavy metals were determined by GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, atomic fluorescence and atomic absorption,etc.Without considering the diffrence of sampling batches and variety numbers,the pesticide residue testofthe samples in the past three years were within the limited value of GB 2763—2O21 standard,which was within safe and controllable ranges,and the detection rate of pesticides in 2023 was the highest( 13.04% ).According to the risk screening value of soil pollutant content in GB 15618—2018 standard,the pollution risk of soil in the production areas of common pear varieties was low, which could generaly be ignored. Therefore,from the pear production of soil testing results,soil heavy metal content was also qualified.
