Study on the Determination of Silicon Content and Enrichment Pattern in Strawberries by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS Method

Abstract: Accurate determination of trace silicon content in fruits and vegetables iscrucial for guiding agricultural production,however,conventional silicon determinationmethodssufer from technical limitations including complex pretreatment procedures and severe matrix interference.In thisstudy,a method for determining trace silicon content in agricultural productswas established by using microwave digestion pretreatment combined with ICP-MS.The study explored the enrichment paterns of silicon element in strawbery cultivation and investigated the effcts of diffrent fertilizationconcentrations and periods on silicon absorption in strawberres.The results showed that the method for silicon determination inagricultural products had a good linear relationship,with a detection limit of O.O13 O μg/mL,precision,accuracy and recovery that met experimental requirements.The study on the enrichment law of silicon element in strawbery cultivation revealed thatboth fertilization concentration and timing significantly afected silicon absorption in strawberries. With the increase in fertilization concentration,theaccumulation of silicon instrawberries was higher,and fertilization during the flowering period was more beneficial for silicon accumulation than during the seedling period.This research provided reliable technical support for thequantitative analysis of silicon elements in fruitsandvegetables,and offered theoretical basisand technical guidance for silicon fertilizerapplication in strawberry cultivation.
