數(shù)智化時(shí)代應(yīng)用型大學(xué)學(xué)生核心能力培養(yǎng)探究

［摘 要］ 在數(shù)智化時(shí)代背景下，對大學(xué)生的核心能力提出了新要求，應(yīng)用型大學(xué)面對普及化高等教育所帶來的生源多樣化特點(diǎn)，必須把握時(shí)代脈搏，重塑未來人才培養(yǎng)觀念，重構(gòu)人才培養(yǎng)體系；充分利用數(shù)字技術(shù)，構(gòu)建多維評價(jià)體系；著力提升學(xué)生的核心競爭力，為培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)未來社會需求的人才探索新的變革路徑。

Exploration on the Cultivation of Core Competencies of Application-oriented University Students in the Era of Digital Intellectualization

Abstract：  The digital intellectualization era has new requirements for the core competence of college students， whose sources have become diversified with higher education popularization. Application-oriented universities should grasp the pulse of the times， reshape the concept of future talent training， and reconstruct the system of talent training; make full use of digital technology to construct multi-dimensional evaluation system; focus on improving the core competitiveness of students， and explore an innovation path to train talents to meet the needs of the future society.
