Abstract：Inordertocompletely treatsome large－scalelandslide，investigationachievements wereanalyzedsothat its hydrogeologicalandenginering-geologicconditionscouldbeuderstood，furthermorein-siteinvestigationwascariedoutto grasplandslide’scurrent deformationand development stage，threefactorsof geology，rainfalland humanconstruction activitieswerecombinedtofigureoutdeformationmechanisms；inadition，stabilityfactorwasdeterminedbasedoncurrnt deformationcondtions，andquantitativecomputationwasappliedtoverifytheacuracyofqualitativeanalysis，temporary treatmentswere adoptedtocontrolfurtherdeformationandsavefavorabletimeforperpetual treatment.Thesuccesful treatment caseof someexpresswaylarge-scalelandslideshows thatcorrectmechanismanalysisandstabilitycomputationisaneffective approach in making pertinent measures for large - scale landslide treatment.
