再生復合微粉混凝土高溫水冷損傷試驗研究

Abstract:The utilization of compositerecycled micro-powder(recycled brick powder andrecycled concrete powder)was investigatedtoimprovetheresourceutilizationrateof construction wasteandenhance thefireresistanceofconcrete.A replacement of 20% cement was used under high - temperature conditions (2Oo、400、6OO and 800 C ). The relative wave sped and damage factor were measured byultrasonic testing,andthe microstructure was observedand analyzedusing SEM. Theresultsindicated that with increasing temperature,themasslossrate,internaldamagedegree,andcompresivestrength decreased.Specimens incorporating compositerecycledmicro-powder exhibited beterperformance athigh temperatures, particularly those with a mass ratio of recycled concrete powder to brick powder of 3:7 and 7:3 ,which showed the best performance within the range. SEM observations revealed the mechanisms of compressve strength loss and internal damage.It was concluded that anappropriate amount ofcomposite recycled micro-powder can significantly improvethe hightemperature performance of concrete,providing data support and research foundation for enhancing fire resistance.
