深化集體林權(quán)制度改革階段內(nèi)蒙古林農(nóng)林業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制

摘要 集體林權(quán)制度改革關(guān)系國(guó)家生態(tài)安全和億萬農(nóng)民福祉。在當(dāng)前深化集體林權(quán)制度改革階段，通過分析林農(nóng)林業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的動(dòng)力因素，得出林農(nóng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制，提出提升林農(nóng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)動(dòng)力的對(duì)策建議，以期進(jìn)一步激發(fā)林農(nóng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)的活力，從而促進(jìn)森林資源持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和林農(nóng)收入持續(xù)增加。

Abstract The reform of collective forest property right system is related to national ecological security and the well-being of hundreds of millions of farmers. By analyzing the dynamic factors of forestry production and management of forest farmers， the dynamic mechanism is obtained. The paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions in order to mobilize forest farmers’ enthusiasm of forestry production and management， promote the sustainable growth of forest resources and the continuous increase of forest farmers’ income in Inner Mongolia.
