摘要 分析了供給側(cè)改革農(nóng)民工職業(yè)教育市場失靈現(xiàn)象，總結(jié)了供給側(cè)改革農(nóng)民工職業(yè)教育市場失靈現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因，并提出了一些對策，比如政府可采取受益主體成本分攤消除農(nóng)民工職業(yè)教育外部性、政府積極提供農(nóng)村職業(yè)教育公共產(chǎn)品和服務、完善農(nóng)民工職業(yè)教育市場和信息、辦好供給側(cè)改革需求的農(nóng)民工職業(yè)教育等。

Failure Phenomenon and Its Causes and Countermeasures of Migrant Workers’ Vocational Education Market Based on Supply Side Reform

Abstract This paper analyzed the failure phenomenon of migrant workers’ vocational education market in the supply side reform， summarized the reasons for the failure phenomenon of migrant workers’ vocational education market in the supply side reform， and some countermeasures were proposed. For examples， the government should take the cost sharing of beneficiaries to eliminate the externality of migrant workers’ vocational education， actively provide public products and services of rural vocational education， improve the market and information of migrant workers’ vocational education， carry out migrant workers’ vocational education in demand of supply-side reform.
