AbstractThe study took theagro-pastoral ecotone in Inner Mongolia as the researcharea and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazzas the research object.Based on the phenological observation dataof dandelion (germinationperiod,leaf expansionintiationperiod,andleafexpansiopeak priod),meteorologicaldata (average temperatureandprecipitation,tc.) andsoil moisturecontentdatainthestudyareafroml98Oto2O18,lineartrendanalysisandpartialleastsquaresregression analysis wereused to explore the impactof climate change in the study area onthe phenologicalchanges of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.in springandits maindriving meteorological factors.Theresultsrevealedasignificant warming and dryingtrendduring198O-2Ol8,withannualratesof change for meanairtemperature,precipitation,andsoil moisture content being 0.38°C/10 -0.68mm/10 a, and -0.004(m3/m3)/10 a, respectively. Correspondingly, Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.spring phenology showed consistent advancement trends: budburst advanced by 1.1d/10 a, initial leaf unfolding by 0.8d/10 a,and fulleaf expansionbyO.7d/1Oa.Theoptimaldurationforthe germination period,initial leaf-expansion period,andpeak leafexpansioperiodofdandelions (araxacumoficinale)is40,83,and8d,respectively.Partialleast squaresregressionanalysis showedthattheVIPvaluesofvarious meteorologicalfactors forthegerminationperiod were in the order of minimum temperature > average temperature > maximum temperature > soil moisture > precipitation; for the leaf expansion initiation period,the VIP values were in the order of soil moisture >minimum temperature ≡ average temperature > maximum temperature > precipitation; for the leaf expansion peak period, the VIP values were in the order of soil moisture > minimum temperature > average temperature > maximum temperature > precipitation. The R2 X(cum), R2Y (20 (cum),andQcum)ofteegreiomodelrealgreatertanO.,idicaingagodfitigefft.Inonlusionvrage temperatureand soil moisture content were the main meteorological factors affecting thespring phenology of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz.
