Exploring the path of integrating“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”education into Fermentation Engineering major experiments

AbstractTocultivate“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”talents in Biotechnology,the current situation of experimental teaching inFermentation Engineering majorwasanalyzed,andthepathof integrating“innovationand entrepreneurship”education into this major experiments was explored.In terms of the current situation,there was a problemof insufficient teacher-student interaction in programmatic experimental teaching,and somestudents lack learninginitiativeand innovation.In terms of path exploration,thelayeredoptimization experimental teaching content strengthens basic and comprehensive experimental skills through experimentssuch as maizeraw material alcohol fermentation; improve experimental teaching methods,apply virtual simulation technologyand other resources to deepen knowledge understanding; strengthen the trainingof teachers’engineering practical skills and course ideology and politics,organize teachers togodeep intoenterprises orundertakerelated projects;organize extracuricularactivities such as innovation and entrepreneurship practice lectures and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship competition,and determine the topic for the graduation thesis basedon market demand; setupa dynamic assessment mechanism,and the total scoreof theexperiment consistsof5parts:atendance,preview situation,andcomprehensiveskils,etc.Practice shows that the teaching reform has achieved significant results,with 93.5% of students believing that they have mastered professional knowledge and enhanced innovation and entrepreneurship capacities.The average score of students has improved by8.2points compared tothepreviouslevel.Thisarticle provides references for thereformof Biologyrelated experimental teaching in universities.
