AbstractTo verify the effects of microbial agents on tobacco growth and development,the seedling stage (A, without mixing microbial agents;B,mix 1500g/hm2 of“Miaojianzhuang”microbial agent into the substrate;C,mix (2 3000g/hm2 of“Miaojianzhuang”microbial agent into the substrate.),and during transplanting (D,no microbial agents; E, 7500g/hm2 of“Junxiaobai”; F, 15000g/hm2 of “Junxiaobai") on the agronomic traits and physiological indicators of tobacco plants.Theresults showed thatadding microbial agents 500-3OO g/hm2)to the seedling substrate could increase the ratio of bound water to free water in tobacco seedlings by 6.10% to 6.46% . Spraying microbial agents (7500-15000g/hm2) during transplantation could improve the agronomic traits of tobacco plants,increasing the dry weight of fibrous rootsby 50.53%-53.87% ,rootvitalityby 15.91%-16.78% ,and leaf nitrogen content by (204 12.58%-14.57% ; at the same time,the treatment with microbial agents increased the activities of peroxidase, superoxidedismutase,catalase,andother enzymes in tobacco plants,extended the field growth period by5 days. Overall,therational application of microbial agents can promote early growth andrapid developmentof tobacco plants, improve fertilizer absorptionand utilization,cultivate strong root systems,enhance the stress resistanceof tobacco plants,and mix 1 500g/hm2 of“Miaojianzhuang”microbial agents with seedling substrate,it is advisable to apply 7 500g/hm2 of “Junxiaobai”microbial inoculant during transplantation.
