國家開放大學(xué)助力鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)的路徑探索

摘 要：鄉(xiāng)村振興的關(guān)鍵在于鄉(xiāng)村人才振興。該文以國家開放大學(xué)鄉(xiāng)村人才培養(yǎng)為例，梳理了不同時(shí)期國家開放大學(xué)服務(wù)于鄉(xiāng)村人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探討了新發(fā)展階段下國家開放大學(xué)鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)的推進(jìn)路徑，提出了充分整合系統(tǒng)資源、頂層設(shè)計(jì)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、精準(zhǔn)篩選有效對(duì)象、優(yōu)化人才培養(yǎng)方案、加大政策支持力度等策略。

Exploration on the Talent Cultivation Path of the Open University of China to Help Rural Revitalization

Abstract： The key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of rural talents.Taking the rural talent cultivation of the Open University of China as an example， this paper sorts out the experience of serving rural talent cultivation in different periods， and discusses the promotion path of rural talent cultivation of the Open University of China in the new development stage.This paper puts forward some strategies， such as fully integrating system resources， top-level design of training objectives， accurate selection of effective objects， optimization of talent training programs， and strengthening of policy support.
