鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略下煙葉技術(shù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)探討

摘 要：通過問卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地走訪等方法，對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下的楚雄煙區(qū)煙葉生產(chǎn)技術(shù)人才的綜合業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)、技術(shù)水平和管理能力進(jìn)行了分析，并結(jié)合楚雄煙區(qū)當(dāng)前人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，以期提升其建設(shè)水平。

Discussion on the Construction of Tobacco Technical Personnel Team Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract： Through questionnaire survey and field visits and other methods， the paper studies the comprehensive quality， technical skills and administrative ability of the tobacco technical personnel team under the background of rural revitalization strategy in Chuxiong tobacco area and put forward measures to further promote the level of talent team construction according to the present situation.
