Exploring the current situation of medical social work supervision from the perspective of four basic systems：acase study of the Beijing municipal medical social work supervision project

College ofAgronomy and Biotechnology，China Agricultural University， Beijing 1Ool93，China） Abstract： In the context of exploring the specialization of medical social work，this paper explored the current situation，problems，and future development directions of medical social work supervision based on the perspective of four basic systems of social work practice.It has ethical significance and professional value for improving the professional ability and service quality of medical social workers.Currently，medical social work supervision is developing at a slow pace，while its overall construction remains behind. Taking the Beijing municipal medical social work supervision project as a case study，from the specific to the general，it was found that there were practical dilemmas in medical social work supervision，such as the lack of system，standards， and talents.Based on these，suggestions for improvement were proposed by focusing on the change of promoter system，actionsystem，and goal system.

在“健康中國”戰(zhàn)略的背景下，社會大眾對醫(yī)療服務(wù)和健康照顧的需求愈加多元，社會工作所秉持的人道主義觀念能夠進一步促進醫(yī)療服務(wù)向多維的“溫暖”醫(yī)學(xué)模式轉(zhuǎn)變，醫(yī)務(wù)社會工作正逐漸成為醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體系不可或缺的一環(huán)。（剩余9985字）
