Abstract:LocateditheGaoyangburiedhill,teigmperaturewellXL-19hasschprobemsasorosn,saling,pforation andleakageduringtheproductionprocssHeatresistatcorosionandsaleibiorsforthewellarenededtoestuddAftern sitesamplingoftewell,alongwithphysicalandchemicalinspectioandanalysisofwaterqualitygas,andsaleamples,the CO2 ratio in the associated gas was determined to be 63.1% .CO dissolved in water will promote CaCO scaling and aggravate corrosion. liquid separator control in thewell mouth can effectivelyreduce the impact of CO 2 ,Ahigh-temperature and high-pressure corrosion testerwasappliedtosimuatetheonsitesituationandconductahigh-temperatureandhigh-pressretestforthefluidproducedfrom wellXL-19.Underteonsitesiation,teproducedfudwasfoundtoeighlycorosivetotubes.Bytestaticweightlosethod, high-temperaurendatmosphericpressretest,andscaleinibitorabilityevaluatio,thefourcorosonandscaleinhbitorswere screened and evaluated. The two inhibitors,XST-HZ- 07# and RX-HZ- 04# ,turn out to be better in corrosion and scale inhibition ability and can meet the requirement with a dosing concentration of 50mg/L
