Abstract:Inresponse toincreased waterinjection presureanduneven pressurebearingcapacityof the waterinjection process pipelinenetworkduringoilfelddevelopment,reseachandaplicationofself-boostingijectiontechnologyforwelladofwater injectionwellswerecarriedout.Adevelopedhdraulicwelleadself-bosting injectiondevice,troughthereciprocatingreversing motionoflargeandsmallpistos,enablestheinjectedwatertoepresuriedattewellhead.Tepresurizaionamplitudecanange fromafew totensofmegapascals.Withtheincoming waterfromtheinjectionpipelineasthepower,presurizedinjectioncanbe achievedwithoutendtoreplacethecurentsurfaceinjectionprocesspipeline.Thecompletionrateofinjectionforvariousunder injectedwelsiniressuredlpeablitlesanpoved,ndoveageaandicyofectioater can be increased.An intelligent motor-driven self-boosting injection device which is equipped with a 3\~7 kW drive motor drives the pistontomovebackandforthinbothdirectionsthroughthemotor,achievingpresurationandinjectionofincomingwaterwithout generatingretunwaterandsolvingtheproblemofnotuwaterpipelieinteinjectionwell.Teoilwelltransformerattsiecan suittheloadrequirementsoftedevicewitoutcapacityexpansion.Characterzedbyemotedatatransmision,moteotolfult alarm,faultdagosis,ndmadoperatio,tedvicecanangethorkingodeofeistingijetioeuipmnt,faciliatingthe automation and efficiency of oilfield water injection.
