Abstract:Atpresent,mostofthenaturalgaspressurediferenceutilizationprojectshaveadoptedasinglestageexpansionprocess, whichmayhaveproblemsschaslowoperatingiencysmallwergeneratio,andigequirementsforquipmentsistaeto lowtemperatures.Tosolvetheaboveproblems,tepresue-volumediagamwasusedtodescribethetheralchangeprocssofnatural gasinthesingle-stage expansionprocessandthemulti-stageexpansionprocessThesinglestage expansionproessandhemultistageexpansionprocessmodelswereestablishedbyHYSYSsoftware,andthediferencesbetweentheexpansion processswere comparedfromthespectsofoutputshaftpower,heatingpower,andcoldenergyutilization.Theresultsshowthattheoutputshaftpower oftheexpanderinesinglestageexpasioproessislargertantatintheprocsofatingbeforeexpandig,uttecoditionof coldenergyrcoveryisnotavailable.Whentheintermediatepressrevalueofthemultistageexpansionprocesisonsistentwithth constantexpansonconditioteproesspeforanceiseter,ndeoutputsaftpowerofteexpanderislos,hichisoducive totheselectionoftegeneratorsetwiththsaeistaledcapacityandconvenientforthesubsequentmaintenanceandmaintenanceof the equipment. Under the conditions of upstream natural gas supply pressre of 4 MPa, temperature of 20°C ,flow rate of 15000m3/h downstream natural gas demand pressure of 1.5 MPa,and temperature of 5°C ,the two-stage expansion process is relatively better in terms of power generation,heating power,and heat source selection.The daily power generation is 7124kW?h ,heating power is 284 (204號 kW ,andtheeatsourcecanchosecirculating water.Onlyoneexpanerisaddedcomparedwiththesingle-stage expansionprocess.he research results can provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of pressure difference energy of natural gas.
天然氣作為一次能源,其污染量和碳排放量遠(yuǎn)低于石油、煤碳等傳統(tǒng)一次能源,因此天然氣仍是實現(xiàn)我國“碳中和”“碳達(dá)峰”目標(biāo)下油氣田企業(yè)實現(xiàn)降本增效的重要抓手。(剩余5431字)
