Abstract:Tin-lead(Sn-Pb)mixed perovskites areextensively investigated innear-infrared(NIR)photodetectors (PDs)owing to their excelent photoelectric performance.However,achieving high-performance Sn-Pb mixed PDs remains challenging,primarily because the rapid crystalization the susceptibility Sn2+ to oxidation. To address these issues,this study introduces the multifunctional molecules 2,3 -difluorobenzenamine(DBM)tomodulate the crystallization Sn-Pb mixed perovskites retard the oxidation Sn 2+ ,thereby significantly enhancing film quality.Compared with the pristine film,Sn-Pb mixed perovskite films modulated by DBM molecules exhibita highlyhomogeneous morphology,reduced roughness defect density.Theself-powered NIRPDs fabricated with the improved films have a spectral response range from 30O nm to110O nm,a peak responsivity 0.51A?W-1 ,aspecific detectivity as high as 2. 46×1011 Jones within the NIR region(780 nm to 1 100nm ),a linear dynamic range exceeding152dB, ultrafast rise/falltime123/464ns.Thanks to theoutsting performancePDs,the fabricated 5×5 PDs array demonstrates superior imaging ability in the NIR region up to 98O nm. This work advances the development Sn-Pb mixed perovskites for NIR detection paves the way for their commercialization.
