Abstract:With the development offlexible wearablesand self-driven sensors,triboelectrification-induced electroluminescence(TIEL)materials have atracted significant attention due to their unique mechanical-light energyconversion. Among them,doped zinc sulfide(ZnS)materials have become the hotspot due to their high luminescence eficiency,long lifetimeand tunable luminescence.This article reviews the recent progress of doped ZnS films on triboelectrification-induced electroluminescence in terms of working mechanism,performance optimization and practical applications.First,the luminescence mechanism of doped ZnS,the structure and working principle of doped ZnS films on triboelectrification-induced electroluminescenceare explained and introduced.Next,strategies in literatures are overviewed and commented on how to improve the luminescence intensity,and the progress of various application basedon this system in recent years is discussed.Finaly,we given anoutlook on thedevelopment trendand application prospectof doped ZnS films ontriboelectrification-induced electroluminescence.

1引言

ZnS作為一種典型的I-V族半導體,其電致發(fā)光現(xiàn)象早在20世紀中期已被發(fā)現(xiàn),相對于發(fā)光二極管(Lightemittingdiode,LED)和有機發(fā)光二極管(Organic light-emittingdiode,OLED)等直流電驅(qū)動的載流子注人型發(fā)光器件來說,基于摻雜 zns 的交流電驅(qū)動的強場電致發(fā)光器件由于其高分辨率、良好的對比度、高亮度、長壽命、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、柔性、可大面積均勻發(fā)光和可集成的優(yōu)點而備受矚目[2-4]。(剩余36630字)
