國土空間規(guī)劃背景下“多規(guī)合一”實(shí)用性村莊規(guī)劃編制研究

——以都勻市雙新村為例

摘  要：國土空間規(guī)劃體系逐漸完善的過程中，隨著“三區(qū)三線”成果劃定，鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略逐步實(shí)施，村莊規(guī)劃的編制也提到更加重要的位置。該文以都勻市雙新村鄉(xiāng)村振興集成示范試點(diǎn)村莊規(guī)劃的編制為例，探討國土空間規(guī)劃背景下實(shí)用性村莊規(guī)劃的編制內(nèi)容，針對其面臨的困境，探索應(yīng)對策略。

Abstract： In the process of gradually improving the national spatial planning system， with the delineation of the "three zones and three lines" achievements and the gradual implementation of the rural revitalization strategy， the compilation of village planning has also been raised to a more important position. This article takes the preparation of the integrated demonstration village plan for rural revitalization in Shuangxin Village， Duyun City as an example to explore the content of practical village planning under the background of land spatial planning， and to explore corresponding strategies in response to the difficulties it faces.
