Thoughts and Explorations on Standardized Application of Group Management in CVD Diamond Field

Abstract：Focusing onthedifficultyinquantifyingthemanagementof teampersonnel，equipment，andworking hourin the CVD diamond material production andprocessng sector，as well as the low effciencyof equipmentand personnel within workshopteams，this paperusesQCproblemanalysistoolsandintroducesstandardizedmanagementconceptstosstematically analyze influencingfactors.It providesanovelperspective fortheresearchon team management intheCVDdiamond field and offers theoreticalandempiricalsupportforenterprisesstandardized management practices.Theresultsdemonstrate that throughthe implementation ofstandardizedteam management improvement measuresincluding collection and analysis of basic management data，standardizationof processmanagement measures，and scientific establishment of management indicatorssignificant enhancementshavebeenachievedintheeffectiveutilizationratesofCVDequipment andlasercuting equipment， as wellas notable improvements inlabor efficiency percapita.These improvement measureshaveeectively resolved the long-standing issues oflow equipment and personnel eficiency in currentCVD diamond production.
