Abstract：Underthecurrentruraleconomic mode，thecapital，assets andresourcesof theruralcolectivearethewealth continuouslyaccumulatedbyallruralmembers throughlabor.The managementofthecapitalassets andresources isrelated tothemplemetationofruralrevitalizatorategythevitalinterestsofthepeopleandthestabilityofruraareashspaper analyzesthedefintianagementstatsandstandardzaintatsofthecpitalassetsandesucesoftheuraollcte， andmakesapreliminaryexplorationandconstructionofthe standardssystem forthemanagementofthecapital，assets and resources.Theestablishmentofthissystemcanenhancethe standardizedmanagementofthecapitalassetsandresources， helptocomprehensivelygraspandanalyzethereservesanddynamicchangesofthecapitalassetsandresourcesoftheural collectiveandpoteealallocainndefectieutilzatiofraesucesherebypomtinghesemtz standardizationofmanagementofthecapital，assetsandresourcesoftheruralcollctiveandthesustainableandhealthy development of rural economy.
