Abstract：Theconstructionofall-oundworry-freeconsumptionisanimportant partofoptimizingthebusinessenvironment andstrengtheningthentionalstrengthinqualityStandadizatioasanimptantsupportforimprvingtheeffcacyofsocial governanceisofgreatsignificanceforacceleratingtheestablishmentofworr-freeconsumptioninallrespects，seringthe development ofnew-qualityproductive forces，boostingconsumerconfidence，unleashingconsumptionpotential，andplaying the fundamentalroleofconsumptionineconomic development.Thispapertakes“establishing worry-freeconsumption inall respects ofNingbocity"astheresearchobjectStarting fromthebackgroundofconstruction，signifcance，anddevelopment status，itanalyzesthecurrentsituationanddevelopmenttrendofthecnstruction.Basedonthenewdevelopmentconceptand newdevelopmentsatusitproposescuntermeasurestopromotetheestablishmentofalloundworr-freeconsumptionfroa standardizedperspective，inordertoprovidedecision-makingreference forrelevantgovernmentdepartments"work.
