Abstract:This papercarries out an in-depth studyonthe standards forthe useoffoodadditives in prepareddishes,and discussestheircurrent situationexisting problems andfuturedevelopment direction.Thestudyshows thatalthough China hasdevelopedaseriesofstandardsontheuseoffoodaditivesinprepareddishes,therearestillproblemsinthepractical application such asvaguedefinitions,non-strictlimits,absenceof standardsand subpar standards implementation.These problemsnotonlyafectthequalityandsafetyofprepareddishes,butalsobringpotentialriskstoconsumers.Forthis reason, this paper putsforwardcountermeasures andsuggestions,including improving the standards system fortheuseof food additives inprepareddishes,strengtheningthetimelinessandaccuracyofthestandardsandenhancingtheawarenessand abilityofenterpisestoimplementthestandardsMeanwhileookingintothefuturehestandardizationoffoodadditiveusein prepareddishesisexpectedtodevelopinthedirectionofsystematizationcollaborationandinterationalizationtoprotethe healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
