城鄉(xiāng)污水管理工作的問題和對策研究

——以莆田市荔城區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)污水整治工作為例

摘要：通過總結(jié)福建省莆田市荔城區(qū)開展城鄉(xiāng)污水整治的經(jīng)驗和存在的不足，提出在平原地區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)污水整治過程中對污水源頭管控、集中處理產(chǎn)能完善、運(yùn)維持續(xù)有效的管理建議，減少污水整治過程中的管理盲區(qū)，為改善城鄉(xiāng)人居環(huán)境面貌提供一些思路。

Abstract： By summarizing the experience and shortcomings of urban and rural sewage treatment in Licheng district， Putian city， Fujian province， and proposing management suggestions for sewage source control， centralized treatment capacity improvement， and continuous and effective operation and maintenance in the process of urban and rural sewage treatment in plain areas， we aim to reduce the management blind spots in the sewage treatment process and provide some ideas for improving the living environment of urban and rural areas.
