強酸性樹脂催化劑在生物柴油降酸中的應(yīng)用研究

摘要:采用一種新型樹脂催化反應(yīng)器,分析樹脂種類、反應(yīng)溫度、樹脂添加量、樹脂使用次數(shù)對生物柴油降酸的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,樹脂C的轉(zhuǎn)酯化效率最高。工藝的最佳條件:樹脂添加量為15%,反應(yīng)溫度為75 ℃。在該反應(yīng)條件下,樹脂重復(fù)使用5次,催化活性未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯下降。

Research on Application of Strong Acid Resin Catalysts in Acid Reduction of Biodiesel

Abstract: Adopting a new type of resin catalytic reactor, analyze the effects of resin type, reaction temperature, resin addition amount, and resin usage frequency on the acid reduction of biodiesel. The research results indicate that resin C has the highest transesterification efficiency. The optimal conditions for the process are a resin addition of 15% and a reaction temperature of 75 ℃. Under this reaction condition, the resin was reused 5 times and no significant decrease in catalytic activity was observed.
