中心城區(qū)環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量持續(xù)提升的污染防治對策研究

——以福州市鼓樓區(qū)為例

摘要：以福建省福州市鼓樓區(qū)為例，分析環(huán)境空氣質(zhì)量與污染物排放的現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)建筑工地、路面揚塵、園林作業(yè)等城市化活動在大氣污染源防控中存在的問題，提出污染防治對策，如加強揚塵管控、完善工作規(guī)劃、優(yōu)化作業(yè)規(guī)范等。通過研究鼓樓區(qū)的污染防治對策，能夠為提升中心城區(qū)的空氣質(zhì)量提供有價值的參考。

Research on Pollution Control Measures for Continuous Improvement of Ambient Air Quality in Central Urban Area

—A Case Study of Gulou District， Fuzhou City

Abstract： Taking Gulou district， Fuzhou city， Fujian province as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of environmental air quality and pollutant emissions. Based on the problems existing in the prevention and control of air pollution sources in urbanization activities such as construction sites， road dust， and landscaping operations， corresponding pollution prevention and control measures are proposed， such as strengthening dust control， improving work planning， and optimizing work standards. By studying the pollution control measures in Gulou district， valuable references can be provided for improving the air quality in the central urban area.
