城市內(nèi)河整治管理的問題和對策

——以莆田市荔城區(qū)下厝河治理為例

摘要：通過總結(jié)福建省莆田市荔城區(qū)城市內(nèi)河下厝河的整治示范段案例，分析城市內(nèi)河外源污染、內(nèi)源污染和其他污染因素，結(jié)合莆田市荔城區(qū)12條內(nèi)河整治工作經(jīng)驗，提出一些管理對策，探索建立城市內(nèi)河治理管控長效機制，為推動水生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量改善提供一些思路。

Issues and Countermeasures on Urban Inland River Remediation and Management

— Taking the Management of Xiacuo River in Licheng District， Putian City as an Example

Abstract： By summarizing the demonstration section of the Xiacuo River in Licheng district， Putian city， Fujian province， analyzing the external and internal pollution factors of urban inland rivers， and combining with the experience of 12 inland river rectification works in Licheng district， Putian city， some management strategies are proposed to explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for urban inland river governance and control， providing some ideas for promoting the improvement of water ecological environment quality.
