Innovative Ideas and Practical Exploration of Tai Chi in College Education from the Perspective of Cultivating Morality and Nurturing Talents

Abstract：Thetraditional teachingof Tai Chiinuniversitiestends tobetechnologyoriented，which hasagapwiththe fundamentalrequirementsof moraleducationand talentcultivationinthenewera.This studyadopts methodssuchasliterature research，lgicalanalysis，andinterviewstoexploreinepththetransformationandinnovationofurrentTiChieducation concepts，methods，content，andformsinuniversities.Researchsuggeststhat：TaiChihastransformedtheinheritanceof traditionalcultureintothegenerationandmoralreshapingofsocialistcorevaluesandkungfuattheindividuallevel;The cultural valueofTaiChiisdeeplyalignedwiththelogicalpathofeducatingstudentsinuiversities.Throughthepracticeof routinesandtechniques，itahievesoverallhalthbenefits，moralcultivation，andasenseofChineseculturalidentity.The creative ransformationof Tai Chitechniquefrom“martialartshealth preservation”tothe paradigmof“using martialarts to carry the Tao-using martialartstoenter the Tao”andthecreative transformationofculturalconnotations to simplify complexityandeliminatefalsehoodwhilepreserving truthinthenewerademand，theinovativedevelopmentand improvementof teaching methodsand formshave become thetheoretical guidanceand practical path for promoting the physical and mental health，moral emotions，and cultural identity of colege students in the new era.

2020年，中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于全面加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新時(shí)代學(xué)校體育工作的意見》指出：以“立德樹人”為根本，以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為引領(lǐng)，堅(jiān)持健康第一的教育理念，幫助學(xué)生在體育鍛煉中享受樂(lè)趣、增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、健全人格[]立德樹人理念通過(guò)系統(tǒng)性改革重塑教育目標(biāo)，推動(dòng)教育從“知識(shí)傳授”向“價(jià)值賦能”轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值觀塑造與能力培養(yǎng)，達(dá)成自我價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值、人的全面發(fā)展與社會(huì)責(zé)任感相統(tǒng)一的雙重目標(biāo)，成為新時(shí)代教育改革的核心邏輯。（剩余12446字）
