Innovative Ideas and Practical Exploration of Tai Chi in College Education from the Perspective of Cultivating Morality and Nurturing Talents

Abstract:Thetraditional teachingof Tai Chiinuniversitiestends tobetechnologyoriented,which hasagapwiththe fundamentalrequirementsof moraleducationand talentcultivationinthenewera.This studyadopts methodssuchasliterature research,lgicalanalysis,andinterviewstoexploreinepththetransformationandinnovationofurrentTiChieducation concepts,methods,content,andformsinuniversities.Researchsuggeststhat:TaiChihastransformedtheinheritanceof traditionalcultureintothegenerationandmoralreshapingofsocialistcorevaluesandkungfuattheindividuallevel;The cultural valueofTaiChiisdeeplyalignedwiththelogicalpathofeducatingstudentsinuiversities.Throughthepracticeof routinesandtechniques,itahievesoverallhalthbenefits,moralcultivation,andasenseofChineseculturalidentity.The creative ransformationof Tai Chitechniquefrom“martialartshealth preservation”tothe paradigmof“using martialarts to carry the Tao-using martialartstoenter the Tao”andthecreative transformationofculturalconnotations to simplify complexityandeliminatefalsehoodwhilepreserving truthinthenewerademand,theinovativedevelopmentand improvementof teaching methodsand formshave become thetheoretical guidanceand practical path for promoting the physical and mental health,moral emotions,and cultural identity of colege students in the new era.
