Abstract： This paper explores the innovative paths of the talent cultivation model for secondary Vocational computer network technology under the framework of the "Posts，Courses，Competitions and Certificates"system.It aims to comprehensively enhance students' professional skillsand competitivenessin the job market by integrating the requirements of industry posts，optimizing the setting of the curriculum system，participating in skilscompetitions and strengthening the orientation of certificate acquisition.
