Abstract：This paper explores the application of virtual simulation technology in the courseof industrial robots. By constructing a digital twin environment，it realizes the visualization of teaching scenarios，the reversibility of operation processes，and the controlabilityof training costs.Itsolves the pain points oftraditional teaching，such as large investment inteaching equipment，highrisks inpracticaloperation，andtheabstractionofknowledge.It provides a solution for cultivating compound technical talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
