Application of Automatic Detection Technology for Surface Defects of Parts Based on Machine Vision

Abstract： This paper explores the application of machine vision in the defect detection of parts.By constructing an imaging system and optimizing the light source，and combining image preprocessng，a detection foundation is established.Threshold segmentation and morphological processng are used to extract defect features.The algorithm process isoptimized，andpixelcorrelationanalysisand paralelcomputing strategiesare integrated toachieveccuate identification and classification of defects，providing a solution for industrial quality control.
