Abstract： High voltage switchgear is an important equipment in the power system，and its operational safety and stability directly affectthe reliabilityof the entire power system.The wireless temperature measurement warning system，asanewtypeof monitoringsystem，isincreasinglywidelyused inhigh-voltage switchgear.Thisarticle takes the wirelesstemperature measurement and warning system of Shandong Haihua Co.， as an example to deeply explore the application and practice of the wireless temperature measurement and warning system in high-voltage switchgear，analyze its working principle，advantages，and issues that need to be noted in application. Applying wireless temperature measurement warning system to high-voltage substationsandonline monitoring ofhigh-voltage switchgear can ensure stable operation of the power system.
