基于品控管理的電信運營商服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升研究
摘要:該文在闡述電信運營商服務(wù)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題及原因的基礎(chǔ)上,對品控管理在電信行業(yè)的適用性進(jìn)行了分析,并據(jù)此提出基于品控管理的電信運營商服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升策略。
