有色金屬企業(yè)制造運營指標(biāo)數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要：該文針對有色金屬企業(yè)，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套制造運營指標(biāo)數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以多層級數(shù)據(jù)采集和計算為核心，融合前沿數(shù)字化技術(shù)，實時監(jiān)測生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，通過關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)分析模型和權(quán)重系數(shù)提供運營評價，助力企業(yè)智能化管理持續(xù)改進，推動數(shù)字化、智能化轉(zhuǎn)型。

Abstract： This paper designs and implements a digital management system for manufacturing operation indicators specifically tailored for non-ferrous metal enterprises. The system， centered around multi-level data collection and computation， integrates cutting-edge digital technologies to monitor production status in real-time. By utilizing key indicator analysis models and weight coefficients， it provides operational evaluations， thereby facilitating intelligent management， continuous improvement， and driving the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
