Abstract：This article focuses on major topics such as inovation and inteligent technologies，examining the social impact of the developmentand transformationof new quality productiveforces froma Marxist perspective.Itholds significanttheoretical importance foranalyzing thequalitative reconstructionof productiveforce factors.The newqualityproductiveforcsarehighlightedby：theinnovation-drivenandinteligentdevelopmentbecoming theleadingfactorandtransformationmethodforthe developmentof productive forces; theriseofdatafactorsand thereconstructionofvalue mechanism profoundly altering the endowmentof production factors andthe mechanismof value realization;anda people-centered approachforming the fundamentalstandard for measuring theeffectiveness ofnewqualityproductiveforcesdevelopment. Thesechanges signifya systemic and revolutionaryreconstructionof productive force factors from materialand resourcebasedtointellgentanddata-driven，aswellasaprofoundshiftof theproductionrelationsfromcapitallogic toinnovation logicand from material-centric topeople-oriented.Accelerating theconstructionofatheoretical systemof new quality productiveforces with Chinese characteristics has significanttheoretical value and practical significance forsolving practical development problems and promoting the high-quality development and modernization construction.
