Abstract：Inresponsetotheslowindustrilizationprocessof thenewenergyvehicle（NEV）industryinGanzhou City，theseparationofindustryndeducationtalentloss，ackofcoetecholgies，andteeductioofsubsidies，tispaperproposs tipleH lixandFiveChains”integrationstrategyfortheNEVspeciltyThisstrategyinvolestheoperationofuniversitis，nterprisesan thegovernmenttoforanewdynamic.Specificall，universityteachersareencouragedtowork inenterprises，enterprisesprovide te necessaryequipmentforpracticaltraining，andthgovernmentbuildsplatfosfortalentdevelopment.Thisstrategyaimstovigorously promotetheintegrationofindustryandeducatioprojects.Theintegrationoffivechains—industrychain，educationchai，talent chain，inovationchain，andpolicychaincultivatesnewformsofproductiveforces.Throughth“TripleHelixandFiveChais”ntegrationstrategy，thefoundationoftheNEVindustryinGanzhouCitycanbeconsolidatedandstrengthened.Thiswillacceleratethe progressoftheidustryhantowardsignd，ntellientndgreendvelopent，andstrivetofurtherimproveteitegityofthe industry chain，expand the scale of the industry，and strengthen the leading enterprises.

為加快建設(shè)具有贛州特色和優(yōu)勢的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，政府特制定“7510"行動計劃，力爭到2026年，新能源及新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈營業(yè)收人突破2500億元。（剩余3030字）
