Abstract：Powerbateriesare thecorecomponentofnewenergyvehicles，and theirreliabilitydirectlyimpacts thevehicle'sower performace，economy，andsafetyRapidlyandaccuratelydiagnosingandrepairingpowerbateryfaultsisacriticalchalengethat needstobeaddressed.Thispaperfousesonthediagnosisandmaintenanceofpowerbateriesinnewenergyvehicles.Itanalyzescommonfaulttypesandcharacteristics，exploresdiagnostictechniques，outlinesoeratioalstandardsforfaultrsolution，igightskey maintenaceconsiderations，andsummarizesandlooksforwardtothedevelopmentofpowerbateryfaultdiagnosis tchnology，roviding acomprehensive and systematic reference solution forthe maintenance of power bateries innew energy vehicles.
