Research on New Energy Vehicle Power Battery Fault Diagnosis and Early Warning Based on Data Drive

Shi Yuan Li PengweiLiu Xin Guo Cheng Guo Hang Xi'an Automobile Vocational University,Xi'an 71060o,China Abstract:Aimingatfrequentfaults intheoperationofpowerbatteriesofnewenergyvehicles，thispaperconstructsafaultdiago sis andearlywarningmethodsystembasedonmulti-sourcedatacollctedbyrealvehicles.Theresearch focusesondata preprocesing, feature dimensionalityeduction,diagnosis modelconstructionandearlywaringmodelverification,andproposesadiagnosisseme foralarmdatasreeningandeuraletworkalgorithintegationCombinedwithteparameterpredictionmetod,thekeystatesuch asvoltage，temperatureandSOCcanbeidentifiedandwaredinadvance.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthemodelhashighaccu racyandstabilityndigicantlyimprovstheatandfoward-ongateryfaultidntificationTseahesultspode effective support for the inteligent maintenance of the power battery system of new energy vehicles.
