Abstract:Thispaperfirstoutlinesthecurentappicationstatusofmachine visiontechnologyinthequalityinspectionofautomo tivebrakdiscspointingoutitsimportantsignificanceinpromotingtehigqualitydevelopmentoftheautomotivepartsmanufacturingindustry.Ifocussoteaplicationpntsoftotagspetionrakeduandolearanceinspetionrakepadthick ness and brakingperformaneinspection,positioninspectionandotertechnologies.Theconclusionpintsouthatautomoblemanufacturingenterprisesshouldbeguidedbythedevelopmentneedsof theautomobileindustryestablishamachinevisiontechnology brakediscqualityinspectionsystem,promote enterprises toplayagreaterroleinthe automobile manufacturing system,andcreate modern automobile production enterpriseswith distinctive technical characteristics.
