Research on Energy Consumption of Pure Electric Heavy Commercial Vehicles

Abstract:Thispaperisbasedonenergyflowtestingtechnologyand takesacertaintypeofpure electriccommercialvehicleas the researchobject.TeentirevehicleenergyflowtestisconductedundertheCHTCcyclecondition.Basedonexperimentaldataanalysis, theenergyflowcharacteristics,operatingonditionsofvariouscomponents,andenergyrecoveryefectsoftevehiclepowertraiand highandlowpressreaccesorieswerestudied.TheexperimentalresultsshowthatunderoneCHTCcycle,thetotalenergyoutputof the battery system is 19.480kW?h ,the recovered energy is 3.995kW?h ,the net output energy is 15.485kW?h ,the power consumption is 1.848kW?h/km ,and the energy recovery rate is 20.51% .The net energy consumption of the power drive system accounts for 77.62% , the high-pressure accessories account for 16.91% , and the low-pressure accessories account for 5.47% .Rerearch conclusions can provide guidance for energy management and optimization of pure electric commercial vehicles.
