Abstract：Asconsumers'rquirements forautomotiveaestheticsandcomfortcontinue torise，theimportanceofvehicleexterior detaildesignhasbecome increasinglyprominent.Thewidthof theblackbrderaroudthereardoorglass，asakeyfactoraffectingrear visibilityfetyndthappearace'sefinementurgntlydstobpreciselyontroledthoughdsgnoizationndpros vation.ThispapertakeanSUVmodelastheseahectcombiingtheaalysisofrearstyingcaracteristsandroctioal structuretosystematicallidentifythekeyfactorsinfluencingtheblackborderwidth.Itpropossamulti-dimensionalcotrolplan. Throughdimensonalchaindecomposiinprocesiovatio（schasplusdingndgsastedforg），ndstylnglb rationptimization，thewidthofteassblackborderissgnificantlyeduced，provdingtheoreticalbasisndpracticalgudancefor thereardesignofpasengervehicles.Theresearchresultsshowthattheoptimization measurescanreduce theblackborderwidthby30- 70mm ，controlling it to below 120mm ，significantly enhancing the vehicle's market competitiveness.
