酶促打漿對(duì)竹漿性能的影響研究

Abstract:Thisstudfousedonkraftbamboopulp,oductingexperientsonpulpingandezye-asistedpulpingtoadjustteberor phologyandstructure,educeenergyconsumption,andimprovethephysicalproperiesofpaper.TheresultsshowedthatwhenusingFI millingforpulping,eagevolusicased,veagfrgcread,ilegreofriingdulig increased.otopotsisdgtcalft ness.When using enzymatic pre-treatment to assist pulping(with an bio-enzyme dosage of 40u/g ),thebeating revolutions required to reach (204號(hào) 30°SR decreased from 1 500 to 1000r . This method further regulated fiber morphology and structure,and significantly reduced the specific energy consumption for pulping at the same beating degree. When cellulase ( 40u/g )was used for pre-treatment to assist pulping,at a beating degree of 3O ‘SR,the zero-span tensile strength of the bamboo pulp fibers decreased by 3.40kg/15 mm.However,the interlayer bonding strength of the paper increased to 160.9J/m2 ,the dry tensile index reached 15.1N?m/g ,and the softness value was 266 mN. When hemicellulase ( 40u/g ) was used for pre-treatment to assist pulping,at a beating degree of 30°SR , the zero-span tensile strength decreased by 3.96 kg/15 mm. However,the bonding strength increased to 166.4J/m2 ,thedrytensile indexreached19.3N·m/g ,and the softness value was 361 mN.
