Abstract:Usingnanobrilltedcellose(FC)asaturalpoymerdiis,mixedwithpulp,teshellfdfulfbrpapbasddust suppressant withexcelentpeformancs waspreparedbyoptiizing thedosageofNFCandsprayingquantityofpaper-baseddustuppressantTheapplicabilityofitwasdisussedbyomprehesivemorphlogycharacterion,dgerinatioexperiment,ndutdofeld experiment.The results showed that when the dosage of NFC (relative to the mass of adiabatic pulp) was 6% ,the paper-based dust suppressant was sprayed on the sand surface (spraying quantity of 5L/m2 ),which could form a dense and high-strength fiber film shell. Compared withthepaper-basedussuppressantwioutNFC,teompressvepropertyofthflmshellinreasedfrom51kPato147Pae wind resistance was significantly improved,and the sand loss rate was decreased from 32. 8% to almost O (sand loss rate of 0.41% ). The rain erosion resistance was increased from 78.1% to 90.3% . The anti-evaporation performance was more excellent,and the water evaporation ratewassignificantlyeduced.AddingNCtothepaper-basedustsuppesantcouldpromotetheforationofadenserfilmselicro structure,therebyehancing thebondingstrengthetwenpulpfibersandimprovingtheperformancesofthepaper-baseddustsuppressant. Thefilmsellfdyepapbsedustsuppressantouldaceetheftoflongermsuppessonofustpllutondhadoeffect on plant seed germination and seedling growth.
