高相變焓羧甲基化纖維素纖維-碳納米管-石蠟相變復(fù)合材料的制備與儲(chǔ)熱性能研究

Abstract:Thisstudyemployedavacuumimpregnation methodtopreparecarboxymethylatedcelulosefiber(CMF)-carbonnanotube (CNT)-parafinwax(PW)compositeswithhighphasechangeenthalpyFirst,uniformlydispersed MNCMF-CNTaqueoussolutionswere preparedviahighspeedshearing.Then,MNCM-CNTaerogelswithaporoustructure wereobtainedbyfrez-drying,withCNTufoly distributedoneorewall.allherogelswereacu-impregatedithPW,flingterorandfoinableCC PWcomposites.TheresultsshowedthattheincorporationofCNTimprovedthetheralconductivityofthephasechangematerialfrom 0.283to0.327W/(m·K).AditioalyMNCMF-CN-PW52displaedhighpasechangeenthalyandtenthatretention,hichde by paraffin wax with melting temperature of ,with melting and crystallization enthalpies of 217.7 and 217.9J/g ,respectively,and a latentheatretetioateof9.9%.urtheoe,C-opsiseielyd,tord,ndeasdal gy.When combined with a thermoelectric generator,they output electric energy consistently.
